COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Proface GP250-LG11 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schneider products, including obsoleted and phased-out Horner parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ab product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schneider such as the PM810MG spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HE190IBSRMUC manufactured by Horner and we are pleased to be able to service most Horner systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2711PT10C6D by Manufacturer Ab as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand SGDV550A01A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Omron such as NS8TV00ECV2 equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available XBTK70101T made by Telemecanique as well as the popular NS5MQ01V2 original spares produced by Omron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2711PK12C4D8 by Allen-Bradley and NS8TV00ECV2 spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A61L00010095 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc. |
