COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Proface GP2500-TC41-24V parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued B--B-Electrinics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nematron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader B--B-Electrinics such as the HCMAESTRO0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IC693PWR330E manufactured by Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IC85F18681AB00 by Manufacturer Nematron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand IC752DPA262 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ashcroft such as K17M0215C15000 equipment made by Ashcroft have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ashcroft products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ashcroft" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IC697CPX772BAIC697CPX772CPX772 made by Fanuc as well as the popular IS510010 original spares produced by Cognex Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC697CPU781HB by Fanuc and K17M0215C15000 spares by Ashcroft are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IPC402G4A512NP8CNDNNFW Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rexroth. |
