COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Proface GLC2500-TC41-200 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yokogawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Hurco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the SGMGV75ADC6CSGDV550A01A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SR1015B85 manufactured by Yokogawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yokogawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Ultimax2 by Manufacturer Hurco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand 2711EK14C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Texas-Instruments such as PM550210 equipment made by Texas-Instruments have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Texas-Instruments products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Texas-Instruments" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CMDVF made by Square-D as well as the popular THA65UT original spares produced by Xinje Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PL6921T41278005403 by Proface and PM550210 spares by Texas-Instruments are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8055 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fagor. |
