COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Proface GLC2500-TC41-200 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mcgs parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Proface product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the 1400ELKC61400ELKC6E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TPC1061Ti manufactured by Mcgs and we are pleased to be able to service most Mcgs systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GLC2300LG4124V by Manufacturer Proface as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schneider Brand NSX400FLV432676 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Autonics such as GPS070T9D6 equipment made by Autonics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Autonics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Autonics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SVPDN954490 made by Siemens as well as the popular SGMJV04ADE6S original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SGMGV44ADC61SGDV330A01A by Yaskawa and GPS070T9D6 spares by Autonics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SGDV470A01A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
