COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Proface AST3501-T1-AF parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Proface parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Square-D product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the A970GOTLBA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GP577RTC4124V manufactured by Proface and we are pleased to be able to service most Proface systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8030CRM510 by Manufacturer Square-D as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand 6GT28013AB10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Weinview such as MT6050I equipment made by Weinview have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Weinview products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Weinview" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GT1155QSBDCGT1155QSBDC made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular PFXGP4401TAD original spares produced by Proface Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the K3HBRNBCPAC11 by Omron and MT6050I spares by Weinview are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EPMH310 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lenze. |
