COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Proface AST3201-A1-D24 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rae-Guard products, including obsoleted and phased-out Quartech parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Prosoft product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rae-Guard such as the FGM1000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9800ACAB01 manufactured by Quartech and we are pleased to be able to service most Quartech systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MVI69DFNT by Manufacturer Prosoft as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Quality-Vision-International-Ogp Brand 21013 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Prominent such as S1CBH10044SSTS080UD110S1EN equipment made by Prominent have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Prominent products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Prominent" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ML084QNMX2 made by Prototrak as well as the popular LT4201TM original spares produced by Pro-face Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FGTLV1400200A00 by Quick and S1CBH10044SSTS080UD110S1EN spares by Prominent are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GP7W3BG4124V Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Proface. |
