COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Proface AGP-S1-D4 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yasakawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Automation-Direct parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pepperl--Fuchs product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yasakawa such as the DF7000056 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BEZT15CFS manufactured by Automation-Direct and we are pleased to be able to service most Automation-Direct systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DM519TAGPSSN0 by Manufacturer Pepperl--Fuchs as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bosch Brand BTV40 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as BN624A227B equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available E200 made by Beijer as well as the popular CM851015 original spares produced by Graco-Robotics

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AIGT2030B by Panasonic and BN624A227B spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D72N8XXAXXXX Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer.
