COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Prodel System Turbo DD11207 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ransburg products, including obsoleted and phased-out Proximity parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pro-face product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ransburg such as the 72721016 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 42vd0c1 manufactured by Proximity and we are pleased to be able to service most Proximity systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 278002701 by Manufacturer Pro-face as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Proface Brand PS7000SZ510DC2G in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Progressive-Automations such as PA78850 equipment made by Progressive-Automations have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Progressive-Automations products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Progressive-Automations" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MV71MNET made by Prosoft as well as the popular RCARARI20510A1R0 original spares produced by Rca Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P6000007TBC2 by Profi-line and PA78850 spares by Progressive-Automations are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 970025V05 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Qsi-Wtc. |
