COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pro-face PS711A-T41-24V parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ramsey products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pulver-Systems-Inc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Reliance product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ramsey such as the USP1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the V10274 manufactured by Pulver-Systems-Inc and we are pleased to be able to service most Pulver-Systems-Inc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 0518256 by Manufacturer Reliance as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Red Brand LDD00600 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Prominent such as D2CATOPP1204G40D equipment made by Prominent have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Prominent products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Prominent" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PTSQ4425 made by Quin as well as the popular EXPMX200A original spares produced by Radisys Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4944920 by Rees and D2CATOPP1204G40D spares by Prominent are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PA14P3050 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Progressive-Automations. |
