COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pro-face PS300-BA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Raytek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reliance parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pwb product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Raytek such as the RAYSHLTCF3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 117893 manufactured by Reliance and we are pleased to be able to service most Reliance systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 264816 by Manufacturer Pwb as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pro-face-Quickpanel Brand QPM2D100L2P in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Queensgate such as NPS3220LNLDSERB equipment made by Queensgate have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Queensgate products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Queensgate" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available QMC8910C made by Quantai-Systems as well as the popular TFLS original spares produced by Proximity Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TCU11000 by Red and NPS3220LNLDSERB spares by Queensgate are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FGBT25140240T00 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Quick. |
