COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pro-face PFXPP70CA45K00N00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Quick products, including obsoleted and phased-out Quantem parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Qualitrol product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Quick such as the FGBT14030120T00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Thermal manufactured by Quantem and we are pleased to be able to service most Quantem systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IC67PW710 by Manufacturer Qualitrol as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Quick Brand FLBX8012S000C01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Quality-Motion-Controls such as 330121 equipment made by Quality-Motion-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Quality-Motion-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Quality-Motion-Controls" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PA718850 made by Progressive-Automations as well as the popular TDD original spares produced by Rapid-Controls Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IMD13103 by Red and 330121 spares by Quality-Motion-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5140S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Quantai-Systems-Inc. |
