COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pro-face PFXPP70CA25K00N00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rbc-Bearings products, including obsoleted and phased-out Quartech-Corp parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Recortec product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rbc-Bearings such as the REP5M6 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9305 manufactured by Quartech-Corp and we are pleased to be able to service most Quartech-Corp systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 184410064 by Manufacturer Recortec as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Prosoft Brand 1560PDP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rechner such as KAS40A14NKPTFE100 equipment made by Rechner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rechner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rechner" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 4610100 made by Red as well as the popular 5803900S original spares produced by Purup-Eskofot Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PhysikTechnik by Rapp and KAS40A14NKPTFE100 spares by Rechner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A761 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ransburg-Gema. |
