COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pro-face PFXPP180BD23K04N00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Qsi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reliance parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Quick product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Qsi such as the QTermP40 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 01MAN48242 manufactured by Reliance and we are pleased to be able to service most Reliance systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FGBT14030120T00 by Manufacturer Quick as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Reliance Brand 03MAJ75700 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Promation-Engineering such as P1A120N4 equipment made by Promation-Engineering have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Promation-Engineering products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Promation-Engineering" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 9WSEG30003 made by Proteus-Industries as well as the popular DR8592402 original spares produced by P-tech Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 84000157 by Raymond and P1A120N4 spares by Promation-Engineering are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AKM64KANAN70 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Promess. |
