COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pro-face PFXLM4301TADDK parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Proportion-Air products, including obsoleted and phased-out Prominent parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pro-face product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Proportion-Air such as the BB1SE100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AGIA1OPII0XT50110S00 manufactured by Prominent and we are pleased to be able to service most Prominent systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PS711AT4124V by Manufacturer Pro-face as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Quality-Import Brand 15B10505G2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Reis such as 3522448 equipment made by Reis have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reis products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reis" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 84543108 made by Reliance as well as the popular CS10242 original spares produced by Puls-Dimension Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D7110AE031 by Ramsey and 3522448 spares by Reis are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8500300102 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Promess. |
