COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pro-face PFXGP4311HTADERK parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Promess products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pyramid parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Reer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Promess such as the 74801 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A7645 manufactured by Pyramid and we are pleased to be able to service most Pyramid systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 80110058011004 by Manufacturer Reer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Quick Brand FGBT3070240T00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pyropress such as T1102 equipment made by Pyropress have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pyropress products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pyropress" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available D7110AE1010 made by Ramsey as well as the popular 1906941490E original spares produced by Promess Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4700400 by Red-Lion-Controls and T1102 spares by Pyropress are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CS11DC24 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ramco-Innovations. |
