COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pro-face PFXEXEDV4 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rafi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Raymond parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pro-face product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rafi such as the 540551841005 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ASSY840001581 manufactured by Raymond and we are pleased to be able to service most Raymond systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PFXPP70CA25K00N00 by Manufacturer Pro-face as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Reliance Brand 01KA861815VU in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Raytek such as DNUTXCLTPCF1 equipment made by Raytek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Raytek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Raytek" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available G310C000 made by Red as well as the popular 28954505 original spares produced by Quincy Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SC403 by Ps-Controller and DNUTXCLTPCF1 spares by Raytek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EXPVIDB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Radisys. |
