COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pro-face PFXEXEDV4 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Reis products, including obsoleted and phased-out Proteam parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Reliance product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Reis such as the 741110080 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 107539 manufactured by Proteam and we are pleased to be able to service most Proteam systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3540 by Manufacturer Reliance as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Protech Brand PPC7368 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rattmmotor such as Nema34 equipment made by Rattmmotor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rattmmotor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rattmmotor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A7645 made by Pyramid as well as the popular PS701AT41DUE66 original spares produced by Pro-face Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3520784 by Reis and Nema34 spares by Rattmmotor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 10564 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Quicksilver. |
