COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pro-face GP77-SC11-24V parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Progressive-Automations products, including obsoleted and phased-out Redcom parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Raster-Graphics-Inc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Progressive-Automations such as the PA718850 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MB0629001 manufactured by Redcom and we are pleased to be able to service most Redcom systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R75006 by Manufacturer Raster-Graphics-Inc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Red-Lion Brand ZNH1000H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by R.-Bosch such as MEK322a equipment made by R.-Bosch have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire R.-Bosch products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "R.-Bosch" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RPY444R1CB made by Radio-Energie as well as the popular PFXLM4301TADDK original spares produced by Pro-face Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6642VLT by Protection-Controls and MEK322a spares by R.-Bosch are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 117283 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance. |
