COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pro-face GP2300-LG41-24V-M parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Quicksilver products, including obsoleted and phased-out Prometec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rbc-Bearings product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Quicksilver such as the 10564 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MSL572 manufactured by Prometec and we are pleased to be able to service most Prometec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature REP5M6 by Manufacturer Rbc-Bearings as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rafi Brand 540551812002 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Reishauer such as LCD100008 equipment made by Reishauer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reishauer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reishauer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available D7110AE031 made by Ramsey as well as the popular RLXFHS original spares produced by Radiolinx Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VRBV10Nr07 by Prozeda and LCD100008 spares by Reishauer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BT5800v2GE Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Red-Lion. |
