COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pro-face GLC2500-TC41-200V parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Thorsman products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge-Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rexroth product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Thorsman such as the KAL362501616 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IC697CPU781 manufactured by Ge-Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge-Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MSK070E0150NNS2UGORNNN by Manufacturer Rexroth as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand MHD115C024PG1AA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ge-Fanuc such as IC660BBA101 equipment made by Ge-Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge-Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge-Fanuc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LC192F50NM made by Heidenhain as well as the popular ID16DPT01AID16CIF01DA16B1310001001 original spares produced by Ge-Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MEAE6YB5 by Allen-bradley and IC660BBA101 spares by Ge-Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IFMA1LI2001300T1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Iai. |
