COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pro-face GLC150-SC41-XY32SK-24V parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Quick products, including obsoleted and phased-out Red-Lion-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Prx-Power product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Quick such as the FLBX3012S000C01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ZGG0020C manufactured by Red-Lion-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Red-Lion-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KD4212157 by Manufacturer Prx-Power as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rbf Brand P01006 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ramsey such as D7110AE001 equipment made by Ramsey have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ramsey products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ramsey" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available WT3A made by Quality-Import as well as the popular PS56BAS406 original spares produced by Prosoft Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 81594 by Reliance and D7110AE001 spares by Ramsey are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MVI69EGD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Prosoft. |
