COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pro-face GLC150-BG41-XY32SC-24V parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Profiline products, including obsoleted and phased-out Qvi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rdp-Electronics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Profiline such as the P8000007TBW1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3823 manufactured by Qvi and we are pleased to be able to service most Qvi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D7739 by Manufacturer Rdp-Electronics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Reliance Brand 00449U in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Queensgate such as NPSX15A equipment made by Queensgate have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Queensgate products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Queensgate" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EXM2 made by Radisys as well as the popular 21013 original spares produced by Quality-Vision-International-Ogp Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AQ15005B by Relcon and NPSX15A spares by Queensgate are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3540 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance. |
