COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pro-face G2KMID-MAIN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Reliance products, including obsoleted and phased-out Redkoh-Industries parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Prosoft product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance such as the 5810 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RK2000 manufactured by Redkoh-Industries and we are pleased to be able to service most Redkoh-Industries systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PTQDFNT by Manufacturer Prosoft as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Quick Brand FLBX2512S000C01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Raymond such as MAR25104 equipment made by Raymond have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Raymond products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Raymond" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2364760 made by Reis-Robotics as well as the popular MVI56EMNETXT original spares produced by Prosoft Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MVI563964R by Prosoft and MAR25104 spares by Raymond are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HO4GPC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Raytek. |
