COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pro-face FPXGP4501TAD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Quick products, including obsoleted and phased-out Quality-Import parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pulsafeeder product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Quick such as the FGBT30250240T00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FAM0086143 manufactured by Quality-Import and we are pleased to be able to service most Quality-Import systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature W206446 by Manufacturer Pulsafeeder as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Relebonding Brand CXS22 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rees such as 4944920 equipment made by Rees have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rees products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rees" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 741110080 made by Reis as well as the popular FGM1000 original spares produced by Rae-Guard Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PFXSP5B41 by Pro-face and 4944920 spares by Rees are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LCD100008 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reishauer. |
