COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pro-face DHJ034501C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Prosper0 products, including obsoleted and phased-out Quick parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Psion-Tech product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Prosper0 such as the DN0150 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FGBT1875240T00 manufactured by Quick and we are pleased to be able to service most Quick systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LOGIX by Manufacturer Psion-Tech as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Quick Brand FLBX4012S000C01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Recortec such as 184410064 equipment made by Recortec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Recortec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Recortec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LT3300S1D24K made by Pro-face as well as the popular FLBXS4012S00C01 original spares produced by Quick Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DC64860RM by Raycap and 184410064 spares by Recortec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LCD100008 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reishauer. |
