COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pro-face 3280033-03 FP2600-T12 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Reliance products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sankyo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Reliance product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance such as the 91012160 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BA050FXWT509BC manufactured by Sankyo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sankyo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 60V2060 by Manufacturer Reliance as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Reliance Brand 5694750 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rmv such as SBIPXL12827 equipment made by Rmv have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rmv products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rmv" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1GA679600 made by Reliance as well as the popular 2SR20600 original spares produced by Reliance Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 20BD065A0AYNANN0A by Rockwell and SBIPXL12827 spares by Rmv are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GLC150BG41XY32SK24V Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pro-face. |
