COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pro-face 3280007-01 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Radisys products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pro-face parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Real-Power product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Radisys such as the EXPVIDB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the pfxgp4115t2d manufactured by Pro-face and we are pleased to be able to service most Pro-face systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 12V by Manufacturer Real-Power as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pro-face Brand 328003602 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Redcom such as MB0629001 equipment made by Redcom have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Redcom products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Redcom" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RAYCI3A made by Raytek as well as the popular FLBX8012SLV0C01 original spares produced by Quick Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FLBX2512S000C01 by Quick and MB0629001 spares by Redcom are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 24C1084 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Registron. |
