COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pro-face 3180021-02GP2600-TC11GP2600TC11 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Prosoft products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rcs parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Proface-Pro-face product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Prosoft such as the 5205DFNTPDPS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MAR5030D manufactured by Rcs and we are pleased to be able to service most Rcs systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 328000702 by Manufacturer Proface-Pro-face as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pro-face Brand PFXGP116T2D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Reer such as AS4R703M equipment made by Reer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CS10242 made by Puls-Dimension as well as the popular IMP6 original spares produced by Pulsar Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MV71MNET by Prosoft and AS4R703M spares by Reer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1170007 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Quality-Micro-System. |
