COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pro Face GP-2500-TC41 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued General-Anylsis-Corp-(oi-Analytical/xylem-Inc.) products, including obsoleted and phased-out Panasonic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Patlite product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader General-Anylsis-Corp-(oi-Analytical/xylem-Inc.) such as the HCFC22 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GT01Panasonic manufactured by Panasonic and we are pleased to be able to service most Panasonic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GSL05TKGSL05TK by Manufacturer Patlite as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Emerson Brand KJ3241X1BA1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yaskawa such as JPDCC028 equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yaskawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yaskawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IC697CPU772F made by Ge as well as the popular JZRCR original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MI6II00100402 by Seiki and JPDCC028 spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GPS044S1D1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Autonics. |
