COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Primescales OP-313-TM-30K parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pro-face products, including obsoleted and phased-out Puls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pro-face product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pro-face such as the 328002705 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SL20115 manufactured by Puls and we are pleased to be able to service most Puls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PFXLM4201TADDK by Manufacturer Pro-face as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Radwell-Verified-Substitute Brand 5BCC56ED158SUB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Quality-Control such as QC70CFS80 equipment made by Quality-Control have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Quality-Control products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Quality-Control" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SC403 made by Ps-Controller as well as the popular L3520 original spares produced by Princo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2313994R2 by Rapiscan and QC70CFS80 spares by Quality-Control are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EPC5 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Radisys. |
