COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Primescales OP-313-TM-20K parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Psd products, including obsoleted and phased-out Qmc-Technologies parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pro-Face product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Psd such as the O709A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 709104 manufactured by Qmc-Technologies and we are pleased to be able to service most Qmc-Technologies systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PFXGP4301TADWTOUCH by Manufacturer Pro-Face as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Prosoft Brand MVI69DFNT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Progressive-Automations such as FLTCON4 equipment made by Progressive-Automations have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Progressive-Automations products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Progressive-Automations" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ANAWPKGXA4110 made by Provenair as well as the popular FLT0322 original spares produced by Progressive-Automations Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the L3520 by Princo and FLTCON4 spares by Progressive-Automations are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original QCID2IG Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Quicksilver. |
