COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Prima Industrie 2SMPM2980/0C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pro-Face products, including obsoleted and phased-out Quantronix-Corp parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Process-Tech product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pro-Face such as the TYLNA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 118FMCW manufactured by Quantronix-Corp and we are pleased to be able to service most Quantronix-Corp systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5T9425 by Manufacturer Process-Tech as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Quick Brand FLBK201602S0A00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ratoc-Systems such as PHI8 equipment made by Ratoc-Systems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ratoc-Systems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ratoc-Systems" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RACKCONS701 made by Rackmount as well as the popular AS008 original spares produced by Radius Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MVI56EGD by Prosoft and PHI8 spares by Ratoc-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SMD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Printelec-Sarcem. |
