COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Prestolite MDR 5001 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Compumotor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Lenze product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the MDC1020FMMA0S06 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M5740D0 manufactured by Compumotor and we are pleased to be able to service most Compumotor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MCS09F38RS0B0Z0D0STS500NR0SU by Manufacturer Lenze as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand MAC112D0ED2C130A2S013 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baldor such as M3610 equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MAC071C0GS4C095B0W1520LV made by Indramat as well as the popular MCS06160EQ1B0B11NST5S00NR0SU original spares produced by Lenze Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MAC063B0JS3C095A0S001 by Indramat and M3610 spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
