COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Presision 89010585 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Progressive-Automations products, including obsoleted and phased-out Quantai-Systems-Inc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Provenair product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Progressive-Automations such as the PA40 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the QMC8910 manufactured by Quantai-Systems-Inc and we are pleased to be able to service most Quantai-Systems-Inc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ANAWPKGXA4110 by Manufacturer Provenair as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Promess Brand E27428 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Prism such as JP6200 equipment made by Prism have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Prism products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Prism" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FLBX3012SLV0C01 made by Quick as well as the popular 295FH023 original spares produced by Randtronics Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GP77MLTE41 by Proface and JP6200 spares by Prism are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PS7000SZ510DC2G Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Proface. |
