COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Precision Cutters Inc. Pci 78FP parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Quad-/-Tech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Quick parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Quartech product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Quad-/-Tech such as the 114714 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FLBX1512S000C01 manufactured by Quick and we are pleased to be able to service most Quick systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9800ACAB30 by Manufacturer Quartech as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Queensgate Brand NPS3220LNLDSERB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Proface such as PFXGE4501WAD equipment made by Proface have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Proface products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Proface" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available Graphic made by Pro-face as well as the popular FLTCON2 original spares produced by Progressive-Automations Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RAD64003365 by Radnor and PFXGE4501WAD spares by Proface are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VRBV10Nr07 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Prozeda. |
