COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ppt Vision 661-0113-SB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rexroth parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schneider product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rosemount such as the 0396P01105541 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5330010080 manufactured by Rexroth and we are pleased to be able to service most Rexroth systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XCSZR1 by Manufacturer Schneider as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ritz Brand KSO18122095022923099587 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rieker such as LR209996 equipment made by Rieker have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rieker products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rieker" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HD52HD52C made by Sansei as well as the popular P1000B original spares produced by Prime-Controls-Inc. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 920HTCWITH920KITMDM by Pyrotenax and LR209996 spares by Rieker are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BNS1612ZL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schmersal. |
