COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Powertek 7.51.N4CH009 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Proteck products, including obsoleted and phased-out Puls-Dimension parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Proface product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Proteck such as the SQ16A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CS10242 manufactured by Puls-Dimension and we are pleased to be able to service most Puls-Dimension systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GP77RMLTE41 by Manufacturer Proface as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ppt-Vision Brand 661005360 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Primescales such as OP313TM30K equipment made by Primescales have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Primescales products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Primescales" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FLBK201602S0A00 made by Quick as well as the popular D10015A original spares produced by Pro-Face Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PRA00201XX0PM00 by Premiair and OP313TM30K spares by Primescales are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1906901486 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Promess. |
