COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Powertec PX-15-A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Vigor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ux03045bag01 parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Shindengen product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Vigor such as the VH14MR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UX03045BAG01 manufactured by Ux03045bag01 and we are pleased to be able to service most Ux03045bag01 systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SDC05150 by Manufacturer Shindengen as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Superior Brand SS2000D6 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Marathon such as Z411 equipment made by Marathon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Marathon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Marathon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available USCFW080027T3848E0N4A1Z made by Weg as well as the popular Y559184THTL7736 original spares produced by Marathon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KR55MS2Z by Techno and Z411 spares by Marathon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Y213252003 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Shinko. |
