COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Powertec F256W3F0N0A1012 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Festo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sew parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Festo such as the EMMSAS100SRS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DFT100L4BM64MRTF manufactured by Sew and we are pleased to be able to service most Sew systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ECP83665T4 by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pacific-Scientific Brand E33HRHSLNSNS02 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by U.s.-Motors such as EZ15S1HZ equipment made by U.s.-Motors have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire U.s.-Motors products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "U.s.-Motors" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DDS021W150D made by Indramat as well as the popular DFT90L4 original spares produced by Sew Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DI0104PCI by Sterling and EZ15S1HZ spares by U.s.-Motors are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DCServoModel5M Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc. |
