COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Powertec C7.5AR4CH000NNNN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the CACRHR10BB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CV500RT211 manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DDS021W050DA0100 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitsubishi Brand CM600HA24E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as CM25MD24H equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DC2024S5H000 made by Watlow as well as the popular d6cfm original spares produced by Ngt Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CM75E3Y12E by Mitsubishi and CM25MD24H spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CM150DX24A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
