COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Powertec C1.51.N4N1025 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ge-Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yokogawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baumuller product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge-Fanuc such as the F31X111PSHALGIFR010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CP45110 manufactured by Yokogawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yokogawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DSG56M by Manufacturer Baumuller as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge Brand DS3800HMPK1F1E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yaskawa such as CP9200SHCVIF equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yaskawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yaskawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DSC1616 made by Delta-Controls as well as the popular E541093Z004 original spares produced by North Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EHST3FVE40 by Vickers and CP9200SHCVIF spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CP780210671110 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Beckhoff. |
