COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Powers 595WM150MC08DN04 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Proface products, including obsoleted and phased-out Precimeter parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pro-face product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Proface such as the GP77RMLTE41 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CD900750 manufactured by Precimeter and we are pleased to be able to service most Precimeter systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PFXZCBSD4GC41 by Manufacturer Pro-face as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Proface Brand GLC100SC4124V in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pro-Face such as TP407S1 equipment made by Pro-Face have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pro-Face products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pro-Face" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M3101 made by Protection-Controls as well as the popular FLBX6005SLV0C01 original spares produced by Quick Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FGBT18085240T00 by Quick and TP407S1 spares by Pro-Face are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PFXPP182BA13K20N00 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pro-face. |
