COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Powers 595-ST075C-S08DN02 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Powertip products, including obsoleted and phased-out Premiair parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Proface product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Powertip such as the PC4002LRUCSOCR1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PRA00201XX0PM00 manufactured by Premiair and we are pleased to be able to service most Premiair systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PS7000SZ510DC2G by Manufacturer Proface as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Promess Brand AKM64KANAN70 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Prm-Inc. such as PGTYD322DP040WCX equipment made by Prm-Inc. have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Prm-Inc. products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Prm-Inc." in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 9800ACAB10 made by Quartech as well as the popular FLBX10012S00C01 original spares produced by Quick Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 328000712 by Pro-Face and PGTYD322DP040WCX spares by Prm-Inc. are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 328000712AGP3301S1D24 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pro-face. |
