COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Powerpac 3100-02E-A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sterling parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dayton product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the 1PH71842ED030AA0Z spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 254U14 manufactured by Sterling and we are pleased to be able to service most Sterling systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2Z847 by Manufacturer Dayton as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Marathon Brand 213TTFW4076 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Vickers such as 300483028 equipment made by Vickers have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vickers products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vickers" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 241633MMUK02013501348 made by Loma-Checkweigher as well as the popular 1LE23211AA314AA3 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2A02SSCBCV by California-Linear-Devices and 300483028 spares by Vickers are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1FT60818AC711TG0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
