COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Powerohm ABB48431-71R parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Powerohm products, including obsoleted and phased-out Prosoft parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Qualitrol product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Powerohm such as the P157972 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MVI69PDPS manufactured by Prosoft and we are pleased to be able to service most Prosoft systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 10466802 by Manufacturer Qualitrol as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Proface Brand GP000IS110 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Promess such as AKM64KANAN70 equipment made by Promess have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Promess products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Promess" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M92072A41223 made by Precision-Gage--Tool as well as the popular BB1SE100 original spares produced by Proportion-Air Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AGIA1OPII0XT50110S00 by Prominent and AKM64KANAN70 spares by Promess are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PFXGE4501WAD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Proface. |
