COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Poweramp 0615-0037 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Quartech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Powrmaster parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ps-Controller product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Quartech such as the 9800ACAB30 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the G3U437 manufactured by Powrmaster and we are pleased to be able to service most Powrmaster systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SC403 by Manufacturer Ps-Controller as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Prosoft Brand MVI46DFNT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pro-face such as PFXGP4311HTADERK equipment made by Pro-face have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pro-face products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pro-face" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GLC100LG4124VEU made by Proface as well as the popular CP2551 original spares produced by Power-one Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 318002102GP2600TC11GP2600TC11 by Pro-face and PFXGP4311HTADERK spares by Pro-face are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 40153U Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Process-Control-Corp. |
