COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Power Electronics MMV6046H parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Powers products, including obsoleted and phased-out P-q-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Power-System product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Powers such as the 595WM150MC08DN04 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M10004 manufactured by P-q-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most P-q-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DA127 by Manufacturer Power-System as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Prima-Industrie Brand 2SMPM29800C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Profiline such as P8000007TBW1 equipment made by Profiline have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Profiline products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Profiline" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PS1381 made by Power-Systems-Inc. as well as the popular 3270 original spares produced by Power-Measurement Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the QT40242 by Puls and P8000007TBW1 spares by Profiline are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 09610073 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Poweramp. |
