COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Power Electronics M2546CX parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Power-Master products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pro-face-Digital-Electronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Quartech-Corp product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Power-Master such as the 71616G3U40451E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 298007802GP2500SC4124V manufactured by Pro-face-Digital-Electronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Pro-face-Digital-Electronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9305 by Manufacturer Quartech-Corp as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Prosoft Brand MVI56EMNETXT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pyromation such as KK11C850308F3034 equipment made by Pyromation have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pyromation products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pyromation" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ML084QNMX2 made by Prototrak as well as the popular 31B65A2 original spares produced by Prestek Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GP2300TC124V by Pro-Face and KK11C850308F3034 spares by Pyromation are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GP4105W1D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pro-face. |
