COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Power Electronics M1046H parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rockwell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sankyo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Reliance product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rockwell such as the 20AC072A0AYNANC0A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 45BA006FXR101 manufactured by Sankyo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sankyo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1GA679600 by Manufacturer Reliance as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Reliance Brand HECGV3P1B2DN3000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Samsung such as CSDJ06BX1 equipment made by Samsung have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Samsung products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Samsung" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 60VB00489 made by Rockwell as well as the popular 2GU41015J original spares produced by Reliance Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 803611RE by Reliance and CSDJ06BX1 spares by Samsung are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 41719749 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance. |
