COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Power Cube Power parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pro-face products, including obsoleted and phased-out Queensgate parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Proface product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pro-face such as the DHJ035301B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CMEPS150 manufactured by Queensgate and we are pleased to be able to service most Queensgate systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GP7W3BG4124V by Manufacturer Proface as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Powerohm Brand PF9F2R9K42 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Proface such as PLFD200 equipment made by Proface have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Proface products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Proface" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 5105DFCMPDPS made by Prosoft as well as the popular AST3601C1D24 original spares produced by Pro-face Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PFXPT72CB86K14N00 by Pro-Face and PLFD200 spares by Proface are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 140GM6X3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Powers. |
